Fire it up! - Baking Together

The oven is ready – let's fire it up!
A few weeks ago, we came together to build a clay oven at Wichernkirche. Since then, it's had time to dry, and now it's finally ready for its first test!
We want to put it to use, see how it works and, of course, bake something delicious together.

Join us for an afternoon around the oven, with live music from Tumbaito Berlin, baking and good company.
We'll start by preparing and baking some treats together. Later, you're invited to bring your own bread dough, focaccia or anything else you'd like to bake and try out the oven with us.

Come along, enjoy the music, meet your neighbours and be part of the oven's very first baking day!

- 1:00–4:00 PM: Open baking – bring your own dough!

Participation is free and open for all.

How to get there:
From S+U Rathaus Spandau, take bus 136 towards Hakenfelde and get off at Mertensstraße. From there, it is approximately a 5-minute walk to the venue.
Bus X36 also stops at Mertensstraße.
